Arek Milik, who missed out on Napoli's last match with Genoa, has now left training with Poland over fear of aggravating his injury. The official statement was tweeted by the Polish FA:
"Arek Milik is departing the group of the national team. Milik arried with a strained abdominal muscle. After testing and consultation with the medical staff under Jacek Jaroszewski and initial therapy, the decision was made not to take unncessesary risks. The player is returning to Italy, where by the request of the club he will undergo further treatment."
