Napoli are strongly interested in Axel Wistel . They would like to close a deal for the Belgian midfielder who is also being followed by Everton.
Talks have broke down between Everton and the players agent, which allowed Napoli to return on the player. Sarri's team are trying to find the definitive agreement with Zenit as well as with the player. Napoli's last offer was set at 22 million euros + 3 million euros in bonus money. They also offered Witsel 2.7 million euros per year with an additional 500 thousand euros in bonuses.
Witsel is currently on vacations in Sardinia. There should be new contacts between the involved parties tomorrow and on Monday. Napoli are offering 22+3 while Everton are offering 25 but talks have broken down between the player's agents and the English side.
