Napoli is still looking for the right man to strengthen the midfield. In the last few hours the club has returned on Corentin Tolisso. According to Lyon’s president Aulas, the club had turned down an important offer for the French class of ’94 from Napoli. The azzurri are not giving up and are ready to return to pressing for Tolisso despite Lyon turning down their previous advances.
There’s a meeting with the player’s agent expected in the next few hours. Napoli’s goal is to find a deal with Tolisso, and to satisfy the French midfielder’s requests. After such, they will begin negotiating with Lyon, improving their offer. Napoli insists, Tolisso is a name very high up Giuntoli’s midfield list.
