Napoli is working on replacing Higuain, their top target is Mauro Icardi. The partenopei had a meeting today with an intermediary from the Inter striker's entourage- directors Giuntoli and Chiavelli were present as well as president De Laurentiis. Icardi's agent and wife Wanda Nara was part of the meeting thanks to a conference call from Milano- she also confirmed the summit was taking place on Twitter. Napoli is ready to offer Icardi substantial wages, with a fixed part of €5/5.5 million net of taxes plus bonuses. They still have to reach a final agreement on the marketing rights, and they also could insert an exit clause of around €90 million. Napoli is now ready to negotiate with Inter, they will make the first offer through the intermediary- it will likely be around €40/42 million but it's destined to increase. To convince Inter to sell it will likely have to reach €55 million, but Napoli is serious about acquiring Icardi.
