After Pepe Reina’s comments, Marek Hamsik had something to say as well. Last nights fixture against Juventus has left an air of disappointment around the Napoli players, but it hasn’t affected their self confidence. Here is what Hamsik had to say via his website:
“We’re disappointed because we played a great game. But just like last Sunday, we weren’t able to celebrate at the end. I feel obligated to give a huge thank you to our amazing supporters for the electric atmosphere at the San Paolo. A crucial match against Lazio now awaits us. Our target is second place: We want to return to the Champions League without having to go through the qualification process”.
