Napoli are set to complete the signing of Fabian Ruiz, with the player to sign on Wednesday a five-year contract for €2.5m per year net of taxes. There will not be a release clause in the contract, contrary to initial thoughts. Napoli will pay the €30m release clause to Betis in order to sign the midfielder. Fabian Ruiz, after taking his medicals, will sign his contract with Napoli ahead of the official announcement of the transfer.
