The loss against Salzburg isn't the worst news for Napoli as they still made it through the Europa League. They've in fact received bad news from their medical staff, as not only Lorenzo Insigne is injured but also Vlad Chiriches, Amadou Diawara, and Raul Albiol won't make it for the game against Udinese. Carlo Ancelotti doesn't have a lot of choice for his defense then: Alex Meret will start as goalie, Malcuit and Mario Rui will play on the wings with Maksimovic and Koulibaly in the center.
Callejon and Zielinski will play on the sides, while Fabian Ruiz and Allan will take their usual places in the middle. The Spanish midfielder isn't 100% sure to be completely fit though, and could have some rest: in that case, Zielinski would then play in the middle with Verdi or Ounas playing on the wing.
