Bad news come from the infirmary for Napoli, as midfielder Allan was forced to leave the pitch in the 9th minute of the match against Atalanta. The Brazilian picked up a knock in his knee and his condition will be evaluated in the next hours, but the first impression is far from positive. Allan was replaced by Zielinski on the pitch and went straight back to the dressing room to assess the entity of his injury.
