Cagliari are ready to welcome Nahitan Nandez. The Uruguayan midfielder played his last match at la Bombonera for Boca Juniors, a win against Athletico Paranaense that qualified them for semifinal of Copa Libertadores.
Nandez’ gave a tearful salute to the crowd when he was subbed out, his teammates hugged him and he received a huge ovation from the club. Nandez will join Cagliari in the coming days.
