Vincenzo Montella is starting to put his stamp on Milan by trying to give confidence to his players and creating a positive environment. The former Fiorentina coach spoke to Gazzetta dello Sport about what the team needs in last month of transfer window:"I gave my proposals to the club, everyone is on same page and confirmed with Galliani with whom I talk daily. There are no misunderstandings with Galliani. There is a need for reinforcements, like for everyone else. Even Juve felt it after winning five scudetti in a row. Bacca? He's a good player, he scores goals, and a striker needs to do that, even if they aren't spectacular. Carlos can make the difference, I disagree with those who say he doesn't fit my style. I consider him a Milan player"
