Vincenzo Montella's part of 2016 spent at Milan has been very positive, ending with the victory in the Supercoppa and a lot of enthusiasm for the future. The manager spoke to Sky Sport: "I spent a nice Christmas, also thanks to the cup we won, and my family".
A moment in his career he will likely never forget: "Winning a trophy is memorable and I think it's my best moment as a manager".
The memories from Doha: "When Pasalic scored it felt like the ball wouldn't go in, I couldn't understand if he was going to score or not. I remember with pleasure the photos with my brother and Nicola Caccia and all of us with the trophy. And who will forget when I step off the plane with the cup alongside Galliani...".
On Galliani: "He was very happy and it was nice to share this victory with him. Berlusconi was also very happy and he complimented me, it was nice. Me and the lads are very happy to have gifted the fans yet another victory in Milan's history".
