With Monaco-Juventus approaching, sporting director Vasilyev released an interview with Extratime covering a variety of topics. After gaining a ton of attention, there was space for some words on young talent Mbappè:
“He has no price, he’s like a son. We’re proud that he’s reached this level while wearing a Monaco jersey. We would like for him to stay, and believe that’s his desire as well. Everything will be evaluated at the end of the season, like for many other players. Some will be sold, but we aren’t in need of money. We have never obligated any player to stay. But they have to be the one to tell us they want to leave, and the right offer has to come”.
