With the Chinese budget in January Milan would like to block Rodrigo Caio who is considered the new Thiago Silva in Brazil and is also a starter in the national team that is currently representing them in the Olympics. For the class of '93 defender, Milan is trying to force an agreement with the Brazilian club by leaving him at his current club until December and as such beating out Sevilla's competition.
Rodrigo Caio will also have his EU passport in 15 days: a key detail which would make the deal possible for Milan. Caio could be the Chinese Milan's first signing.
