After a long negotiation, Milan is close to redeeming the rights of Tonali from Brescia, including around a 30% discount on the value of his rights.
The agreement reached last summer was a loan for €10m, €15m to redeem his rights, and another €10m in bonuses, with an eventual percentage of a future resale. Lacking Milan redeeming him, Brescia would have to return an already earned a €5m.
The new formula for Milan's purcahsing of the midfielder is €10m plus €5m in bonuses, plus the rights to Olzer, a midfielder who debuted in the Coppa Italia against Torino and will join Bresica on a permanent deal with a buyback option.
Milan's directors are working on acquiring a left back, too. They have resumed contacts for Junior Firpo, a target back in January.
It's still unknown whether Barcelona will be open to loaning the player.
