Milan obtained an important 3 points against Benevento, giving them momentum leading into their upcoming match against Juventus. Manager Stefano Pioli spoke with SkySport following the 2-0 victory, in which Milan spent the majority playing with ten men.
"It will be neither decisive nor a handover. It will be a great match between two teams that are doing well. Juventus, like Inter and Napoli, are the strongest teams in the league.
"The team did well in a difficult match. We put our soul, heart and intensity into it. It's a heavy victory. Leao has enormous potential. He's showing it with more consistency than last year."
On the upcoming match against Juventus: "We'll need to check our standings in April, if this is still the case we can have other discussions. Our strength is always that we focus on our next match. We will not forget that we're playing against Juventus and have a few key absences. There are important players missing and we'll also be without Tonali."
