Milan manager Stefano Pioli spoke with the press after his team's 2-2 draw against Napoli.

"It was hard, for the quality of our opponent, we spent a lot against Juve, and after a challenging first half we were able to bring home an important result. In these matches, if you're able to come together and overcome difficult moments, you have the chance to bring a result home."

On Ibrahimovic's episode: "He was angry because we were losing, because he always wants the most for the team and himself. If a player comes off, he should never be happy."

"I have always been convinced of my team and players' quality. It takes time to construct a playing philosophy, and now we're aware of our level. Now we must raise it and we're doing it: positive presentations, positive results. It's hard, and clear: we're playing a lot, the players were tired today. We must grit our teeth."

"The midfielders? Kessie and Bennacer are showing an important behavior. They're doing very well, but they have pulled the cart up until today. There will be other 6 important points and for us they are really all of them. I'll see from time to time, tomorrow and especially Wednesday. I'll surely make some changes."

On his future: "Many ask me about it. But I say it sincerely: I am not thinking about my future. Now it's too important to finish well, without regrets: it's difficult for us managers, too, to think about one match every three days. I want to concentrate only on the pitch."
