Milan, negotiations underway with Sampdoria's Strinic

Milan's season has been a little more steady lately after a run of positive results, however, they already have their eyes set on next season. They are working on reinforcements for the 2018/19 championship and one of these could be Ivan Strinic of Sampdoria. In fact, Milan has reached out in fairness to Sampdoria to let them know about their interest and have just begun their negotiations with the player. His contract expires in June so he can join on a free transfer. Despite the fact that Sampdoria was notified, the player is still very close to becoming a rossoneri player.

Ivan Strinic, 30, has more than 40 appearances in Serie A and has six assists between his time at Napoli and Sampdoria. He won the Croatian championship with his former team Hajduck Spalato and has played for the Croatian national team on more than 40 occasions. Other than his role as a left back he is also able to play as a midfielder on the left side.
