With Sino Europe Sports almost ready to complete their Milan takeover, the new directors, CEO Marco Fassone and Sporting Director Massimo Mirabelli are already at work on the future direction of the club. In fact, Mirabelli's schedule has been filled with meetings and matches that he has attended, with several objectives on the transfer market among the motivation. As reported by Peppe Di Stefano in Sky Sport, should there be new arrivals in January they will only be top players. It all depends on the budget made available by the new owners, and the directors will try to fill Montella's needs accordingly. At the top of the coach's list is a fullback, as Calabria struggles with fitness and Vangioni effectively dismissed. For the midfield, Milan will try to add a play who can sit in front of the defense, where currently only Locatelli fits that profile. And with a departure of Honda a worthy substitute will need to be added.
Here is Mirabelli's full schedule starting with his announcement in the role:
-Verona for Chievo-Lazio (11 September)
-Cagliari-Atalanta (18 September)
Travel to London:
-Chelsea-Leicester (15 October)
