Massimiliano Mirabelli is the sporting director charged with reshaping the future Milan team, and this Sunday he will attend Lazio-Fiorentina, with several players there under examination. For Fiorentina, it's Milan Badelj and Federico Bernardeschi under the microscope, and for Lazio, Keita Balde, Lucas Biglia, and Stefan de Vrij. While this summer was thought to be the final transfer window to be orchestrated by Adriano Galliani, it is the current director who will be managing the January sales and purchases. All of the transactions will be reviewed by the Chinese group who are in the process of purchasing Milan. And the budget allocated to the January market does not appear to be conducive to much large spending, so indeed the club might be sellers on the market in order to fund the cost of any arrivals. Nonetheless, Mirabelli is at work for Milan looking for players to help the team.
