Milan is working on re organizing their management team. As reported by Sky Sport's Peppe Di Stefano, the Rossoneri are considering numerous candidates for the sporting director role- Marco Fassone is in charge of the search for the right candidate. While Prade', Bigon, Sabatini and Paratici are all being considered, former Inter head scout Massimiliano Mirabelli has the most momentum. The new sporting director will work closely with a former Milan star- the names being considered are Maldini, Albertini and Costacurta: whoever is hired will have a formal role rather than just being used as a figure head for the club's image. Milan wants to return to the top while paying tribute to their great history, the decision is expected to be made next week.
