Milan has made new contract with Bayer Leverkusen for Hakan Çalhanoğlu on Wednesday. The rossoneri are looking for the German club to to lower their asking price for the midfielder in order to get a deal done. The original asking price, deemed to high by Milan sporting director Massimo Mirabelli, was €30m, but the sides could agree on a fee for €20m plus bonuses. Milan's strategy for the attack meanwhile has not changed after the almost completed acquisition of Borini. Milan is still looking at Nikola Kalinic to add for next season, in addition to Çalhanoğlu
