Despite Milan's strong interest in him, Stuttgart defender Ozan Kabak will most probably stay in the Bundesliga next year. In the past few days, the 2000-born centre-back, together with his agents, has pondered his next move and it looks like he has come to the decision to stay in a league he knows like the German one.
Nothing conclusive has been decided yet and the player has not signed any contract as of now. The 15 million release clause is set to expire on June 30th and the player seems to lean towards a stay in Germany, although he showed great appreciatiaon and respect for Milan's offer, the club's history and their future projects.
What does the future hold for Kabak then? The German media outlet Bild reports that the player believes the most suitable option at this moment in his career would be to sign for Schalke 04 rather than Bayern Munich and a final decision will be made shortly.
