More problems for Vincenzo Montella as he has received notice that Lucas Biglia will be out of the next matches for Milan. The midfielder has inflammation in a tendon in his left knee and requires rest. Bonaventura also brings bad news as he is in a race to get fit for the Napoli match. Calabria has no forecast at the moment for when he will return.

Doctor Mazzoni spoke to Milan TV about the injured players and gave updates, "Biglia has inflammation in his left knee and it has been bothering him for a while already. He is a great professional and has always made himself available despite this, but the inflammation has reached a level that is too painful to him and he will need to stop and rest. Calabria had trauma to the head and thankfully he didn't lose any knowledge and the tests have yielded positive outcomes, however, whenever there is an injury to the head there is certain protocol and we have to follow it and will monitor him day to day. It is premature to say when he will be available. Bonaventura had a lesion in the muscle in his left thigh, he is recovering through the protocol without any problems. We hope he will be available for the first match after the international break against Napoli."
