AC Milan's Marco Fassone was in Madrid to meet Atletico surrounding the transfer of Nikola Kalinic, accompanied by the Croatian striker's agent. At the current moment, the agreement on the formula of the transfer of the player to the Spanish side has not been found. Atletico offered a loan with an option to buy, that would become forced at certain conditions not easily attainable.
Also interested in the player is German side Bayern Leverkusen who has sent an offer to Milan. They would instead buy Kalinic outright, but the player intends to wait for Atletico.
