There has been a changing of the guard at Milan this week, with Ivan Gazidis spending time with the squad at Milanello instead of Maldini, Boban and Massara. The former Arsenal director spoke to the players at the end of the training session for about ten minutes, he touched upon numerous themes.

Finally Gazidis mentioned plans for a new stadium which is expected to be amongst the most impressive in the world.
