Milan executive Ivan Gazidis spoke on the club following a meeting of the team's shareholders.
"We'll do everything to help bring this club to the top and restore the pride of Milan. Elliot wants to bring this club to the top of Italian and world football. And they want to do it without waiting 10-15 years. We must change our behavior. But there are no different times, we're all united. Now Milan has a strong economic foundation."
"We are targeting young players that can add value to our club. This doesn't mean that we don't invest in experienced players, like Higuain last summer. It takes time. We won't make promises that we can't keep. We cannot risk to burn resources on players who are on the decline."
