Milan coach Gennaro Gattuso spoke in the post-match of Sunday's victory over Sassuolo. The rossoneri gained three points on the back of goals from Kessie, Castellejo, and a Suso double. Speaking to Sky Sport, Gattuso discussed his team's effort as well as commented on the striker position:"Andrè Silva didn't want to stay here. You won't convince a player to stay...we did everything but after all he made his decision. Nobody got rid of him, it was he who wanted to leave. We had highs and lows as far as our performance, we were not consistent enough. If we want to become a top team we need to add consistency to our play. Right now we can greatly improve the defensive phase, it is our weak point. I am the one responsible, when we don't get the results people will start to get on me. Suso? He has different qualities from Higuain and must learn to work on an understanding. He should switch less, because Gonzalo is a player who 'baptizes' his position right away. He has a great shot and terrific vision of the game. He can be a value added, scoring goals and setting up goals for Higuain."
