Milan, Fassone: “Our transfer market must be a balance of buying and selling players, Gattuso has submitted his list”

In an interview conducted with Milan's CEO Marco Fassone, the theme of transfers to and from the club were in discussion. Fassone spoke about Milan's transfer market up to this point in the summer, as well as his plans for future additions and sales: "The questions surrounding the club do not impact Milan's transfer market. Reina, Strinic, and Halilovic are great players who Mirabelli has been following and closed in the last months. These were who the coach asked for, completing the squad with three quality additions. Something that our fans are asking for is that when a new owner comes in there is more money for transfers. So at the moment we have money for investing, but unfortunately we are required to follow the rules of FFP. The balancing of additions and subtractions must be similar. We can invest only the money that comes through sales. No player has come to ask me to leave, if that happens we will be attentive to the request. I hope that will not happen because the project at Milan has not changed one bit. Mirabelli and Gattuso have clear ideas, they have already brought me their list of players to add and subtract. Mirabelli is working on it, but there is still a lot of time left until the end of the transfer market and we will be looking to complete the puzzle."
