A situation involving Lazio's Keita Balde, Juventus, and Milan is setting up to be one of the more intriguing ones this transfer session. Yesterday, Keita's current club met with Roberto Calenda, the player's agent. In the meeting, Lazio made know that they had an agreement with Milan not only for Bigla, but also for Keita: the negotiations had been around a dual agreement involving both players for a fee of around €50m plus bonus, including Keita who has a contract which expires in 2018. In the course of the meeting the sides did not discuss a contract extension, and now Keita and his agent must discuss the situation with knowledge of the deal with Milan.
Juventus' effort for Keita over the last few weeks seemed as though it would be successful to land the player, but Juventus is still on the outside looking in, waiting to hear what the player's wishes are.
