Lyon manager Rudi Garcia leads his team into an important Champions League match tomorrow against Juventus at Allianz Stadium in Turin. Lyon won the first leg 1-0, and Garcia is not going to underestimate a Juve team that has not looked their best after football returned to play after a long break.
"A team that wins the league after 36 matches remains a great squad. When you win 1-0 on the first leg the percentages go toward the team that won, but seeing that the opponent is a great team like Juve, we are equal. Then we'll see because they told me all the criticisms that arrive at Juve, and honestly I do not understand them. We can say that they're allowing more goals, but we aren't coming here just to defend. We want to try and score a goal because it'll be easier to qualify like that."
Garcia also spoke on if he's seeking revenge against Juve, after managing Roma for three years: "No, it's another moment, another team and another competition. There's nothing from the past that can be in my head in this match. We'll play without fans and that's unfortunate, it's always better even on the road to play with fans because football is made to be played with fans."
On the possible absence of Dybala: "There are many stars on Juve. They all make the difference, we are humble but also very ambitious. We want to qualify."
