Belgium and Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku has established himself as one of the best players at his position by the age of 25. This season he’s scored 15 goals with an average of one every 190 minutes, between his young age and phsycal tools, he has everything needed to be literally devastating.
While Lukaku has been playing in the Premier League, he almost arrived at Juventus back in 2014, as he revealed during an interview with Sky Sport’s Massimo Marianella during the “Signori Del Calcio” show:”In 2014 when I was leaving Chelsea, I could have joined Juventus. The bianconeri had come forward, but something didn’t convince me. I said no and Everton acquired me, the next day Conte left the team...”
When Lukaku was asked about his future he did leave door open:”Playing in Italy would be a dream for me, I already know a few Italian words since my brother has been at Lazio for many years. At the moment I’m focused on the present, which is Man United and reaching fourth place which is the objective we set for the season”.
