Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp spoke at the prematch press conference before Liverpool's Champions League Semi-Final against Roma: "Our path has taught us that it's not impossible for us to arrive at this point. Roma's comeback against Barcelona shocked me, but not the fact that they beat them. The comeback made me understand Roma's level. I admire Roma and their manager Di Francesco. I often watch Italian football and I know Dzeko. They have a strong squad from defense to attack. Di Francesco will have everyone fit and avaliable after resting 7 or 8 players in the last league game. It will be at fantastic occasion for both of us because we aren't used to playing in semi-finals of this nature. Is it surreal that Salah will play against Roma? These things happen in football, but it will be a special occasion for him."
