Leicester, Ranieri's cold farewell to his players

Leicester's decision to part ways with Claudio Ranieri has been the dominating story in world football the past few days, and now details on his last moment with his former players are emerging. The Italian manager met face to face with the players in the locker room, the meeting wasn't as warm and fuzzy as you would expect considering the great journey the participants were on just last season. Ranieri felt betrayed by some players that were led by a part of the staff that was still loyal to Pearson. While Ranieri knows who betrayed him, he didn't mention any names but he made it clear he knew what happened in the preceding days, he however thanked everyone which is in line with his personality. As Ranieri put it in his farewell letter, his dream died but he at least got to say goodbye.
