Leicester makes attempt for Acerbi, Nastasic one of the alternatives

After a disappointing first half to the season, Leicester is looking to get back on track in 2017. Ranieri's club is interested in Sassuolo defender Francesco Acerbi but the Italian club doesn't want to lose the center back. While Leicester waits to see if Sassuolo will change their stance they're pondering alternatives including Schalke's Matija Nastasic, who also previously played in Italy. Acerbi recently recovered from testicular cancer, his performances have attracted Leicester's interest but Sassuolo considers him off the market
