After returning to Serie A following a seven year absence, Lecce are looking for reinforcements for their squad. The salentini closed the deal for Colombian prospect Brayan Vera and are now pursuing Riccardo Saponara who is owned by Fiorentina after spending a season on loan at Sampdoria.
Saponara is also a transfer target for Udinese, but a final decision on his future won’t be made until Fiorentina figure out who their manager and sporting director will be under new owner Commisso.
