Lazio-Sassuolo, no agreement for Acerbi yet: Biancocelesti evaluating Badstuber as possible alternative

Today's meeting between Sassuolo and Acerbi has not brought the good news Lazio was hoping for. Despite changing their offer from Cataldi plus chash to €10 million plus 2 million in bonuses, the Biancocelesti are still not close to landing the deal for the Italian defender. Sassuolo in fact won't move from their asking price of €12 million bonuses included. Talks between club are still ongoing but the deal remains complicated. That's why Lazio are also evaluating other options nad one of the names on the list is that of German free agent Holger Badstuber, formerly of Stuttgart.
