Lazio pursuing Eder Militao as De Vrij’s potential replacement

After yesterday’s disappointing loss to Inter to end the season, Lazio are looking to the future. The biancocelesti need to find a replacement for Stefan De Vrij who will join Inter, as reported by Sky Sport’s Luca Marchetti the club is working on signing Eder Militao. The central defender born in ‘98 currently plays for Sao Paolo, he’s expected to join Lazio in January when his contract expires, but Lazio sporting director Igli Tare is working with intermediary Bertolucci to bring him to Italy’s capital during the upcoming summer transfer window. Militao had also attracted interest from Porto and Manchester City, but Lazi are looking to close the deal quickly.
