Lazio midfielder Marco Parolo spoke with Lazio Style Radio on how he's reinvented himself for his club this season.
"I needed to reformat my head and the way I approached the match. My season was different than others, I'm no longer a starter. I understood how I can be useful to the teams in other ways."

"When you're fighting for a concrete goal like winning the Coppa or the league, you have something more inside of you with respect to when you're playing to achieve something, even something prestigious like Champions League qualification. We have players of very high qualities, in the past years we've scored a lot, we needed to grow defensively, and that growth has happened. I struggled to regulate my physical form due to not being on the pitch. I want to continue to work every day and try to give my best to make things hard for the manager, I am satisfied."
