This morning Simone Inzaghi and Lazio fans received some bad news on the injury front. The biancocelesti will have to deal with an injury to Sergej Milinkovic Savic while the team is battling for a Champions League spot next season.
Lazio’s team doctor Fabio Rodia gave an update on the Serbia midfielder’s condition during an interview on Lazio Style Channel:”There’s some bad news for Sergej Milinkovic Savic: the player was subbed out on Thursday in the second half against Empoli because of an injury to his adductor. The clinical exams showed a lesion of the first degree to the adductor on his left thigh. The Serbian has started therapy, we’ll need a few more days of test to quantify the length of the rehab”.
