A strong start to the season has earned Luis Alberto a selection to the Spanish national team. The Lazio striker hadn't been part of La Roja for about two years, he had previously played fifteen minutes in the 5-0 win against Costa Rica on November 11th 2017.
Luis Alberto will be part of the squad when Spain face Norway and Sweden during the upcoming international break. So far this season Luis Alberto has five assist, only De Bruyne has more in the major European leagues.
