Lazio’s coach Simone Inzaghi talked in the press conference ahead of the match against Benevento about his team and about some of its most representative players right now.
“Nani is getting better and better, he had an immediate impact against Bologna. He and Luis Alberto can play together, there are no problems with coexistence on the pitch for quality players like them. They are fit and they are important assets for the team. The Spaniard played amazingly Wednesday against Bologna but he was subbed off because I wanted to bring Nani in for the last minutes. The Portuguese did what I asked him to do: keep the ball and protect it so that the opponents had to foul him. I’m satisfied with both him and Luis Alberto. Milinkovic is doing excellent things, sometimes we forget he’s only 22 and he can improve a lot. He is an added value to the club”.
