Lazio's president Claudio Lotito arrived at the club's training retreat, and in addition to discussions around the transfer market, his day included autograph signings with the fans and dinner with coach Inzaghi and the team. Lotito released comments to SkySport on the future of Sergej Milinkovic-Savic: "The important thing is that now we have created a club that is now a destination, while before it was a way-point, there are many players who aspire to come here.
Last season I fought so that Milinkovic would not leave, this year, I have fewer weapons available, and the conditions to make a deal might be in place. But this doesn't mean that the club is working on his exit. He has ambitions in his own personal plan, and nobody will stop him from spreading his wings. Do I have a price? When you are on the market, you have a price. A hundred million? The market will dictate, when a concrete offer arrives we will look at it and the club will decide."
