Lazio announce loan of ex-Barcelona youth player Tounkara to Flamurtari and purchase of Maloku from Bayern

Lazio have announced two moves on their official website, first the move of ex-Barcelona academy player Mamadou Tonkara to Albanian side Flamurtari. Also, Lazio announced the outright purchase of Progon Maloku from Bayern Munich. Here is the statement form the club: "S.S. Lazio announces that it has loaned until 30 June 2019 the footballer Mamadou Tounkara to SK Flamurtari Vlorë. At the same time, we announce the acquisition of the definitive rights to player Progon Maloku from F.C. Bayern Munich. The player has signed a three-year contract."
