Kevin Prince Boateng turns down offer from Valencia, extends with Las Palmas until 2020

Kevin Prince Boateng will be staying at Las Palmas after the Ghanian has extended his contract until 2020. A deal in the balance, as Boatang was the recipient of an offer to join Valenca -- but he instead will play for three more seasons, with an option for a fourth reached after 10 appearances. Boatang has had a positive experience at the club based in Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands. He has scored 10 times in 28 appearances as a new arrival this season.
