Following the draw in the Champions League last Wednesday, Juventus will face Hellas Verona in Turin tomorrow. Manager Maurizio Sarri discussed his team’s preparation during the pre match press conference:”We haven’t analyzed the match in Madrid much, yesterday we were traveling. We prepared some videos to show the team today. There were some moments where we were superficial”
Sarri discussed Aaron Ramsey’s condition after he made his debut with Juventus:”In recent days he made some significant steps forward, he’s getting back on track. Today I’ll see who should get some space tomorrow”
Sarri was asked about his veteran players:”Will Buffon play? I prefer to communicate the decision to players first. Matuidi has become very good at reading situations. Dybala? If I didn’t see him ready, I wouldn’t have thrown him in a decisive moment. Douglas Costa did very well to start the season, he was coming off a long period of inactivity. He’ll have a check up in next few days”.
