Juventus continue their pursuit of Cristiano Ronaldo. While there aren’t any confirmations on the Portuguese atriker’s imminent arrival in Turin, the bianconeri are ready to acquire him at the conditions they discussed with Mendes.
Juventus are waiting for the agent to confirm the transfer fee of €100 million for Real Madrid and the annual wages of €30 million net of taxes on a four year deal. The €100 million figure isn’t an exit clause that can be exercised, but rather a gentleman’s agreement. While Juventus are waiting for confirmation on these terms, one thing is certain Ronaldo wants to join the current Serie A champions.
Should Real Madrid confirm this gentleman’s agreement, Juventus will formalize their offer while also preparing the player’s contract. Earlier today Mendes was able to ease the tense climate surrounding Florentino Perez by stating that Ronaldo will always be grateful to the club should he leave. At this point the ball is in Mendes’ court, Juventus are waiting for his signal
