Juventus, no muscle tear for Chiellini: the latest on his injury

Apart from the defeat in the Round of 16 match against Porto in the Champions League, Juventus is also contending with the injury suffered by Giorgio Chiellini. The bianconeri captain left in the 35' minute of the match in Portugal with a physical problem. Tests conducted on Chiellini ruled out a tear. The club announced that the MRI scans underwent at JMedical showed no tear to the right calf muscle, and that his condition would monitored day-to-day. Rodrigo Bentancur also underwent tests which revealed nothing serious, only sufferening from a slight knock.
