After four seasons spent in England and Spain, Alvaro Morata returned to Juventus. The Spanish striker discussed going back to the bianconeri in a recent interview with El Partidazo Cope:"The normal thing is that the club looks for the best solution. Everyone has to evaluate their options and at the moment the best thing for me was Juventus. It pains me to read sine titles that make fun of me because I'm grateful to the clubs I was on. I want it to be very clear that I'm grateful to Atletico"
Morata has excelled since returning to Juventus:"It had been awhile since I played six matches where I played at least seventy minutes. I matured late and you learn with experience. I have always had a good relationship with Ronaldo"
Morata was also asked about his future:"I would like that the last jersey I wear is Getafe's. I have an excellent relationship with the president and the director. I have to thank them for where I am today"
