Juventus will take on Tottenham in the second leg of the Champions League Round of 16 on Wednesday. The bianconeri are on the back foot as they drew 2-2 at home in the first leg. French midfielder Blaise Matuidi spoke about the upcoming fixture: "Wembley is a beautiful stadium, I had the pleasure of playing there with the national team. Wednesday won't be simple, Tottenham is a team that plays well with the ball, are arriving from a good period in their season and have done excellent things in the Champions League, including the first leg against us. However, in Turin we showed that we place them in difficulty: we are going to London to win and to score, if we play how we know, and with the helps of our fans, like in Rome, it is possible. Higuain? He is recovering in the best way, I hope he is with us when we travel tomorrow."

He then spoke about Serie A and the win against Lazio over the weekend, which came at the last seconds thanks to Paulo Dybala: "It is not easy to win at the Olimpico, for us it was a very positive evening, given that Napoli lost. We are all happy for Paulo's goal, he deserves it for the effort he gives in training everyday, and has demonstrated again, like he has on many occasions, that he is a player that can make the difference and make the team win."

Lastly, he gave a few thoughts on the tragic news of Davide Astori passing: "Condolences to his family. I didn't know him but many of my teammates did, and they adored him. I have come to understand that we didn't only lose a great player, but also a great person. It is never easy to return to the field after a tragedy like this, but football looks to move forward, even in his honor."
