He's just won a World Cup but doesn't want to stop there and get the most out of this exciting moment. Blaise Matuidi is now an important player of both France and Juventus as it would be hard for Deschamps and Allegri to deprive themselves from such an useful player. He spoke after the France win 2-1 against Netherlands that celebrated the World Cup win: "I didn't want to leave -has he told La Gazzetta dello Sport- it's one of the moments I'll tell my children".

About Juve, Matuidi explains: "On the pitch, the positions remain the same but we have to improve day by day. Allegri wants us to work hard because we have important objectives. The Champions League? We're in a tough group, Manchester United and Valencia can't be undervalued. We're still strong though and have a lot of players that will play at their best level. We've made jokes with Pogba and set an appointment on the pitch. Ronaldo? He's the best and we're happy to have him with us. He'll help a lot during the crucial moments of the season".
